30 Day Return Policy

   All sales are final unless previously approved by a store manager for return.  The customer has 30 days from time of invoice to contact A&G Turf for a return authorization number.  All returned Equipment must be in unused and un-serviced condition.  PLEASE, be sure that the item your ordering is correct for your needs.  SPECIAL ORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS THAT WE DO NOT NORMALLY STOCK are never returnable.  Equipment, authorized for return, in used or damaged condition is subject to a 25% restocking charge.  No returns are accepted without written approval (Via E-mail) with a return authorization number.  All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Please follow the instructions listed below for a return authorization number:
